• Company Bye-Laws

  • A Company's Bye-Laws establish the internal rules and procedures governing how a Limited Liability Company operates. They define the roles and responsibilities of directors and shareholders, decision-making processes, and other key governance matters.

• Partnership Agreement

  • A Partnership Agreement outlines the rights, responsibilities, ownership interests, profit-sharing arrangements, and obligations of each partner. Having a written agreement helps prevent disputes and provides clarity for the future of the partnership.

• BIR Number Linkage (Sole Traders)

  • Sole Traders are required to link their existing BIR Number to their registered business. This enables the business to meet its tax obligations, conduct transactions under the business name, and remain compliant with the requirements of the Board of Inland Revenue (BIR).

• NIS Registration

  • Registration with the National Insurance System (NIS) is essential for businesses that employ staff. It enables employers to make statutory contributions on behalf of employees and ensures compliance with national employment and social security requirements.

• FIU Registration

  • Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) registration may be required for businesses operating in designated sectors under Trinidad and Tobago's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) framework.
